Account and data deletion request

This page explains how KIARO users can request deletion of their account and associated data. KIARO is operated by Raul Ruslanovich Shakurov.

How to delete your account in the KIARO app

  1. Open the KIARO app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open More / Profile.
  4. Open Settings.
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Account deletion is permanent. After confirmation, the account and associated data cannot be restored.

Alternative deletion request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to rshakurov95@mail.ru from the email address connected to your KIARO account.

Please include the subject: KIARO account deletion request. We may ask for additional confirmation to make sure the request belongs to the account owner.

Data deleted with your account

When your account is deleted, KIARO removes account-related data, including:

Retention period

In-app account deletion is processed automatically after confirmation. Email deletion requests are processed within 5 business days after the request is verified.

Some information may be retained only if required by law, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment dispute or security obligations. Such retained data is kept only for the period required by the applicable obligation and is not used for normal app functionality.

Partial deletion of data

Users can delete or edit many data items directly inside the app, such as tasks, notes, habits, budget entries, calendar events and mood photos, without deleting the whole account.
